NOWZONE complex is a work owned by investor Fei Yueh Vietnam, built into 03 architectural blocks. The first block is NOWZONE Fashion Mall with 4 floors. The second is the Royal Tower office building block consisting of 02 blocks. Each block is 14 floors high. These two architectural blocks are seamlessly connected and share a basement for motorbikes and a basement for cars. The other block is Nikko Saigon luxury hotel built in a separate campus.
