Thien Quan Center: A Mixed-Use Commercial and Luxury Apartment Complex
A proud achievement marking the ICIC team's journey of ceaseless creativity!
ICIC is honored to have won Second Prize in the Architectural Design Concept Competition for the Thien Quan Center project—a mixed-use commercial and luxury apartment complex in Can Tho City. Although no First Prize was awarded, the Developer selected ICIC’s design as the winning concept to move forward with the project's implementation.
Inspired by the gentle flow of the Hau River—a symbol of the Tay Do region—the design embodies an architectural language that is fluid and modern yet deeply rooted in local identity. The undulating lines on the building's façade evoke the rhythm of the water, seamlessly connecting nature with living spaces while reflecting the aspiration to create a new architectural landmark for Can Tho City.
This is more than just a design concept; it is a story of people, culture, and the passage of time—where architecture is shaped by the very spirit of the land it inhabits.
ICIC extends its sincere gratitude to the DADC Team—the architects and associates who poured their heart, creativity, and tireless dedication into crafting a design rich in conceptual value. This achievement is the result of unity, responsibility, and an unwavering drive to reach new milestones in architectural design.
We also thank the Organizing Committee and the Jury for recognizing the team's efforts. This award is both an honor and a source of motivation for ICIC to continue pursuing sustainable values and creating projects that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also in harmony with the culture, nature, and unique identity of each region.
Once again, congratulations to the DADC Team and the entire ICIC family!
The creative journey continues, with many new milestones awaiting ahead.
