GREEN TOWER PROJECT TOWING-OFF CEREMONY, DI AN CITY, BINH DUONG PROVINCE

  On December 22, 2024, TBS Land successfully held the "Green Tower" project topping-off ceremony with the participation of representatives of local authorities, the Board of Directors of TBS Group & TBS Land, General Contractor SOL E&C, Supervision Consultant ICIC and project partners.

  Green Tower is a luxury apartment project developed by TBS Land, located on the frontage of National Highway 1K, a prime location that easily connects to surrounding amenities, the center of Ho Chi Minh City and Tan Son Nhat airport. The project has a scale of 1.32 hectares, including 4 towers from 28-40 floors high, providing more than 1,296 apartments and many diverse amenities such as swimming pool, children's play area, swing and golf putting area, gym, library... with a rich system of vegetation and trees.

  Officially started on May 24, 2023, after more than 18 months of construction, Green Tower has reached an important milestone of topping out the project. In which, tower 2 and tower 3A have exceeded the schedule by 2 months and 1 month respectively.
