Marking a milestone – Building the foundation for the future

A significant milestone has been achieved at the International K-12 School project within the Ho Guom Xanh Urban Area: the topping-out ceremony.

Located in Lai Thieu Ward, the school is a key educational facility within the approximately 26-hectare Ho Guom Xanh project, designed to create a modern, comprehensive learning environment for the future resident community.

Project Scale:

▪️ Total site area: 13,400 m²

▪️ Building footprint: approx. 3,750 m²

▪️ Scale: 1 basement level + 4 upper floors

▪️ Total construction floor area: approx. 15,000 m²

The project is developed by Binh Duong Trading and Tourism Joint Stock Company (TBS Land).
