GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR HAPPY ONE ELITE

On October 15, 2026, the groundbreaking and test-piling ceremony for the Happy One Elite project—organized by Van Xuan Group—took place, marking the beginning of the journey to bring this new development in the Tam Binh area of ​​Ho Chi Minh City to life.

Serving as the consultant for the project’s basic design, ICIC has once again leveraged its professional expertise in construction design consultancy, helping to establish the foundational design framework for the project’s implementation.

Situated directly on Tam Binh Street, Happy One Elite is planned on a site spanning over 8,760 m². The development will feature 25 floors above ground, two basement levels, and a rooftop level, with an expected capacity of approximately 784 units and a projected population of around 1,200 residents.
