GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR WAREHOUSE PROJECTS K5 & K6

  This morning (July 15, 2026), the groundbreaking ceremony for the K5 and K6 warehouse projects took place at the North Commercial Zone within the Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Ho Chi Minh City. The event was held in a formal atmosphere, marking a significant milestone in the project's implementation.

  ICIC is honored to partner with the project as the Construction Supervision Consultant. We are committed to strictly managing quality, progress, and occupational safety, as well as ensuring compliance with technical requirements throughout the construction process, thereby contributing to the project's efficient execution and the achievement of its quality objectives.

  The project comprises seven work components, most notably:

    -   Warehouse K5 – construction floor area of ​​approximately 4,132 m².

    -   Warehouse K6 – construction floor area of ​​approximately 4,696 m².

  Ancillary facilities, including: pump room – underground water tanks (for fire protection and domestic use), electrical station, transformer station, guardhouse, and traffic and technical infrastructure systems.

  With a team of experienced engineers and experts, ICIC will work closely with the Investor, consultants, and contractors to ensure the project is executed in strict accordance with designs and standards, while maintaining safety and achieving the highest quality.
