- Occupational Safety Supervisor (HSE)

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Assess and propose measures to ensure occupational safety

- Develop occupational safety standards and policies

- Manage occupational safety incidents

- Supervise and remind employees to comply with occupational safety regulations

- Conduct occupational safety training and management

- Monitor compliance with occupational safety policies and procedures

- Stay updated on new government regulations and laws regarding safety and environmental protection

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- University degree or higher in a relevant field: Occupational Safety, Construction (with an Occupational Safety certificate), Environmental Engineering, or Occupational Safety Engineering

- Thorough understanding of international standards (ISO)

- Knowledge of specific standards; ability to assess risks and propose corrective measures; understanding of environmental impact assessment and risk assessment methods

- Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills

- At least 01 year of work experience in the relevant position

- Experience in organizing HSE activities - Honest, decisive, and meticulous

- Proficient computer skills

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure

- Willingness to travel for work when required

- Work locations:
- Cat Tuong Project (ORC) – Commercial, Service, and Residential Complex in Vi Trung Commune, Vi Thuy District, Hau Giang Province
- Luthai Project (TTC) – Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Go Dau District, Tay Ninh Province
