- ELECTRICAL SITE SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION 

 -  Directly supervise construction activities on-site for civil and industrial projects, covering finishing works and M&E systems.

 -  Ensure construction adheres to design drawings, technical standards, and occupational safety regulations.

 -  Monitor construction progress and inspect the quality and performance of subcontractors and on-site work teams.

 -  Maintain site logs, prepare internal acceptance records, and inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet required specifications and standards.

 -  Coordinate with the QA/QC department to control construction quality in accordance with project requirements.

 -  Report progress, work volumes, and any technical, material, or safety-related issues to management.

 -  Monitor and enforce compliance with occupational safety, fire prevention, and site cleanliness regulations.

 -  Assist with the acceptance and handover of work items with subcontractors and relevant parties according to the project schedule.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

 -  University degree in M&E, MEP, Plumbing/Drainage, Fire Protection, or a related field.

 -  2–3 years of experience in on-site MEP construction supervision.

 -  Ability to read and interpret design drawings and shop drawings; solid understanding of technical standards and MEP acceptance procedures.

 -  Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; experience working with supervision consultants or general contractors is an advantage.

 -  Possession of a professional practice certificate for equipment installation supervision (Class I or II preferred).

 -  Strong sense of responsibility; ability to coordinate effectively and work independently on-site.

 -  Willingness to travel and work at out-of-province project sites is preferred.
