- CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION 

- Oversee on-site construction activities in accordance with approved construction methods.

- Ensure workplace safety within the assigned area.

- Perform other tasks as requested by the Company Director.

- Supervise the construction of specific work items and projects as assigned by management.

- Directly inspect, monitor, and evaluate the on-site construction process; update the daily site logbook.

- Issue warnings and halt construction if violations regarding procedures, technical standards, quality, or safety (relative to the design and approved methods) are detected.

- Instruct construction teams in the supervised area regarding disciplinary rules, technical requirements, and construction methods.

- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues arising during actual construction.

- Manage material wastage, progress, technical aspects, quality, workplace safety, and work volumes within the assigned area.

- Handle management tasks and the completion of project documentation.

- Verify work volumes and conduct as-built measurements/drawings for supervised tasks and other assignments from superiors.

- Record and compile documentation regarding issues or changes arising during work execution.

- Perform other tasks as requested by the Department Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

- University degree or higher; minimum of 3 years of experience.

- Possession of a Construction Practice Certificate (Class I, II, or III) is required.

- Major: Civil and Industrial Construction, Construction Economics, or related fields.

- Willingness to travel for work to locations such as Dong Nai or Binh Duong.
